Izabiremo Workflow tab, te u Listi imamo popis statusa predmeta u Floti, te prikaz u formi Flow chart-a gdje možemo vidjeti da Aktivno vozilo možemo dobiti preko unesenog Slobodnog vozila iz Templejta Vozila ili direktno iz Nabavke vozila. Pokazat ćemo oba primera.
Pritiskom na slovo F sa ljeve strane na meni sa najkorištenijim predmetima ili izabirom u list predmeta ulazimo u početnu stranicu predmeta Flote.
U gornjem desnom uglu nalazimo dugme Novi Predmet kojim otvaramo izbornik sa relevantnim atributima (poljima) za novi predmet vozila. Tehnički detalji kopiraju se iz Templejta Vozila izborom specifičnog Brenda, Modela i Motora dotičnog vozila ,naravno ako su uneseni u T.V.
Podaci o vozilu su informacije o automobilu ili drugoj vrsti vozila, uključujući njegovu godinu proizvodnje, marku, model, tip motora, broj šasije, kilometražu, boju i druge detalje. Ovi podaci su korisni za određivanje vrijednosti vozila, određivanje njegove ispravnosti i određivanje vlasništva. Podaci o vozilu također su korisni za identifikaciju potencijalnih problema s vozilom, kao i za određivanje koliko je vremena potrebno za održavanje. Pošto su vozila iz flote ustvari vozila iz templejta vozila, samo individualizirana, tako se uz njih prebacuju i opći podaci iz templejta vozila.

Izborom Menadžment Vozila, kod otvaranja novog vozila, otvara se i specifično polje Korisnik Vozila gdje izaberemo između registriranih korisnika. Nadalje, izabrana namjena će dalje da se reflektira na podatke za Finansiranje i Fakturisanje.
Izaberite Brend auta, definisan u Definiciji Brendova.
Izaberite Model auta, definisan u Templejtu Vozila.
Izaberite Motor auta, definisan u Templejtu Vozila. Svaki ima sve osnovne teh.detalje vozila koji se nadalje prenose kroz predmete (Ponude, Klj.Ugovore itd). To su: Oznaka motora, Snaga motora KW, Tip goriva, Prosečna potrošnja L, Zapremina motora, Tip mjenjača, Broj brzina, Međuosovinski razmak, Nosivost, Težina, Max. težina, Duljina, Širina, Visina, Kapacitet goriva, Potrošnja grad, Potrošnja autocesta, Potrošnja kombo, CO2 emisija, Instalacija LPG.
.Sada imamo otvoreni novi Predmet Vozila otvoren u Floti, te ispunimo preostale, većinom tehničke podatke jer vozilo je još uvjek slobodno i nemamo finansijskih i ostalih podataka. Ispunite i ostala relevantna polja....
Izaberite između ponuđenih opcija definisan u Templejtu Vozila.
Upišite registarski broj vozila ako ga ima.

Ako želimo promjeniti status vozila, pritisnemo dugme Komentar u doljnjoj desnoj poziciji i otvorimo Promenu po predmetu.
U ovom slučaju vozilo smo prebacili u status Aktivno, te ispunili preostale podatke.
